Wednesday Workshop Presenter Request

The Wilson County Help Center offers educational workshops for clients participating in our assistance programs. Workshops are held on Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Help Center Training Room.

Presenters may use the form below to propose a workshop and let our staff know which available Wednesday dates they can teach.

Submitting this form does not automatically reserve a date. Wilson County Help Center staff will review the request and contact you after the workshop and date have been approved.

Before submitting your request, review the upcoming workshop schedule below. The calendar shows workshops that have already been approved and published.

Some dates may also be unavailable because of pending requests or internal Help Center activities that do not appear on the public calendar.

Submit a Workshop Request

Please provide your contact information, proposed workshop title and description, and the Wednesday dates you are available.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

What Happens Next?

After your request is submitted, Wilson County Help Center staff will:

  1. Review the proposed workshop.
  2. Confirm that one of your selected Wednesday dates is available.
  3. Contact you if additional information is needed.
  4. Approve the workshop and assign a date.
  5. Add the workshop to the public calendar.
  6. Open attendee registration for up to 15 participants.

Please do not promote the workshop or consider the date reserved until you receive confirmation from Wilson County Help Center staff.
