Social Security Cards for everyone in the home
Proof of Wilson County Residency within the last 30 days
Examples of Proof of Residency would include: Current mail with applicant’s name within the last 30 days – Current voter registration – Referral from school, church, or shelter.
Please understand that we do not offer any rental or housing assistance.

EMERGENCY FOOD (60 DAYS)
Our food box is non-perishable items in the form of dried goods and canned goods, so please consider your dietary restrictions.
ENSURE (30 DAYS)
You will need a written prescription from physician. If applicant is unable to pick up, then a note will be required giving authority to pick up.
CLOTHING (60 DAYS)
UTILITY ASSISTANCE (6 MONTHS)
You will need a copy of your utility bill. This bill must be in the same name as the applicant or spouse name.
Utility assistance will only be provided if a cutoff notice has been received.
A maximum of $100 can be spent every six months, with an annual limit of $200.
Prepaid utility accounts will be covered up to a maximum of $75.
PRESCRIPTIONS (6 MONTHS)
You will need your written prescription from doctor.
FREE MATTRESSES AND BOX SPRING (ONCE PER LIFETIME)
This service is provided once per lifetime per family and is subject to availability.
FIRE VICTIM RELIEF
This service is provided to Wilson County residents that have experienced a loss due to a house fire. We will provide, upon the provision of a fire report, free clothing, furniture, and home goods at no cost to help restart and ease the financial burden. A special provision for MTEMC members may be available with proof of membership within an immediate notification to us of your fire loss.
